If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request you to do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients in need of medical care.
To prevent unauthorized cancellations, our clinic employs a strict OTP-based cancellation workflow. If a staff member initiates a cancellation for your appointment, a unique One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address. The cancellation will only be finalized once you provide this OTP to the clinic staff.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the clinic's schedule.
Frequent no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future appointments or restrictions on booking online.
